1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using NovaLeads, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use NovaLeads and enter into this agreement.

2. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
In-App Purchases
All subscription plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Annual) and Boost Packs are processed through Apple StoreKit and charged to your Apple ID account.
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Credit Usage
Credits are consumed when valid business leads with verified contact details are extracted. Monthly credits refresh on each billing cycle and do not carry over. Permanent credits (Boost Packs) never expire.
Refunds
Refund requests for In-App Purchases are subject to Apple's standard App Store refund policies and must be submitted directly through Apple Support.

3. Acceptable Use Policy
Authorized Purpose
NovaLeads is designed for legitimate B2B sales outreach, local market analysis, and commercial prospecting.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use data extracted through NovaLeads for unlawful spamming, harassment, or in violation of applicable privacy laws (such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR).
System Integrity
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, exploit, or attempt to bypass credit limits or security mechanisms of the application or backend APIs.

4. Intellectual Property
App Ownership
The NovaLeads application, trademarks, logos, visual interfaces, and proprietary algorithms are owned by NovaLeads and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Public Data
Business contact details retrieved by the service originate from public web directories and mapping services.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
As-Is Service
NovaLeads is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Data Accuracy
While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, operational status, or accuracy of third-party public listings.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
