We process search queries (keywords, locations, categories) to retrieve business leads and generate export files (CSV and Excel).
Device & Technical Data
We collect anonymous device identifiers to manage guest sessions and diagnose application performance. We use Apple DeviceCheck to prevent abuse.
Payment Information
All financial transactions are processed securely through Apple StoreKit. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

Encryption
All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS / HTTPS.
Secure Storage
Authentication tokens and codes are securely hashed. Sensitive credentials are never stored in plain text.
Data Retention
We retain account data only as long as necessary to provide you with NovaLeads services.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
Access & Export
You can view your leads and credit balance history directly within the app anytime.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app's Settings page (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting our support team.
